Private Yoga Session

Private sessions are completely customized to your body, your pace, and your goals—whether that’s building strength, burning calories, improving flexibility, calming your mind, or simply carving out time for yourself.

Each 1 hour session includes:

-A short check-in to see how you’re feeling physically & emotionally

-A personalized yoga sequence for every class

-We start with breath-work & mindfulness.Then 45 minutes of movement to build strength, flexibility, burn calories, and tone. You will get a little bit of cardio as we flow through our Vinyasas!

        *Someone looking for some 1:1 time to improve their practice

        *Anyone feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body

 

*PS I like it HOT, I will gladly bring my space heater to heat up the space!*

Group classes are designed for small, meaningful gatherings—whether it’s you and your besties, coworkers, employees, or a special event like a bachelorette weekend or wellness day.

These sessions are:

       *Held at your location or a peaceful spot we choose together

       *Customized to your group’s vibe—relaxing, energizing, or a mix of both

These classes are designed to bring people together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you're looking to move your body, connect with others, or simply enjoy some fresh air and peace, this class is for you.
