Welcome 


I teach yoga classes at BFS in Tega Cay (next to TC Pharmacy) on Fridays at Noon and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Classes are fun, a great workout, and small- perfect for introverts and all levels! Visit "Book Now" to schedule.

I also offer mobile sessions for small groups or private in-home practice. Please send a message if you are interested. 

This is the perfect way to wind down the week, all levels welcome! I’d love for you to experience yoga with me. Yoga is for everyone, everyone needs yoga, everyone can do yoga, and I really want to teach you! Let’s flow, glow, and grow together. ✨

  • Savasana (Final Relaxation): End each session with deep rest.

  • Sound Healing with Singing Bowl: Enjoy meditative sound therapy during savasana.

  • Lavender Cool Cloth: Finish with a refreshing aromatherapy experience.

About your Instructor

✨Hey, I’m Abbey! I’m a realtor who’s also totally obsessed with fitness and yoga. Having a high-stress job, and struggling with anxiety is what led me to Yoga. I’ve been practicing for over 10 years now, and I can’t imagine my life without it.

What I love about yoga is that it’s the perfect mix of a good sweat and relaxation. It centers me and keeps me sane—I do it every morning.

Now I’m here to help other women—especially the ones who think yoga isn’t for them—realize how life-changing it can be. If you feel too busy, too overwhelmed, or not “yoga enough,” I get it. I’ve been there. This is your safe space.
